Sol Heredit First Kill 

Took 6 days from learning Colosseum to killing Sol, super fun content.
This is a pretty sloppy kill, going to keep going back til I can upload a perfect kill. Thanks to some great advice from some legends, I was able to pick it up quick.
Main things that really helped me for the boss
1) don't wait to eat, keep your HP high
2) prioritize dodging
3) click back to boss as quickly as you can after dodging, so the boss does not take ground from you
4) zoom out to see the armor take off special attack more easily
5) try to time your rotations during the golden pool special
6) sounds are EXTREMELY important. Make sure they're on for the boss fight. When learning, pay attention to the different sounds the shield/spear make
