In 2017 I went to a Brother Ali concert in Denver. I had a meet and greet package So I showed up early which I normally don't do. Thank God I did because you and Sa-Roc opened for him and that day I found my new favorite artists. I wasn't even really paying attention at first but by the third song y'all had a new fan. Later that year y'all came back with Ali to perform at the Fox Theater in Boulder. In between those shows I spent my free time scouring the internet looking for any music I could get from y'all. I went to that show and got a chance to buy some of y'all's older music and had a conversation with her at the merch table. One of the nicest interactions I've had with an artist. I can't speak highly enough about the two of y'all. A few years later The Sharecroppers Daughter came out and it was amazing. Now GOD CMPLX has solidified The two of you as my current favorite producer rapper combo. I probably annoyed the shit out of all of my friends with how much I push those albums on them But I know for a fact That's made you favorites to a few of them also. Sorry for rambling but I think it's important to be reminded of your reach sometimes. Y'all keep up the amazing work. In my eyes the two of you are up there with Premier and Guru. The fact that she hopped on a song with Slug and Aesop and still managed to have the best verse... What else needs to be said.
