Hello Mate, nice job you do, I really wish you live in UK ! I got faulty Growatt and Can’t find anyone who can repair it, all the Best and thanks for sharing your expertise with us.
Hi I admire your job sharing for long time it helps me to solve many problems, I watched all your videos more than one time each, but now I got a problem that I can’t solve it not turning on with battery only I need to supply ac in them it starts Growatt SPF 3500 ES please give a hint where I should looking for problems.
I am hoping I can get a response install 3 of these inverters ran 58 volts DC to them battery side did not have solar hooked up or grid hooked up as soon as I closed the switch on the batteries I blew the exact same igbt I also pre-charged the system with an inline resistor I'm repairing the igbt now and I'm very hesitant to hook the batteries back up the company growatt is giving me the runaround that's why I am fixing it myself I asked them what the max voltage was on the battery side they could not answer I am using lithium ion why would hooking up the batteries below this igbt?
@ALayoubiMaintenanceCenter hi I've become a paid subscription but can't see how to message you could you let me know what diodes including voltages go into my growatt inverter spf 5000es the info I'm asking for is about diodes zd020 and zd024 thanks
Hi Alayoubi. I have watched your hybrid inverter repair video and it seems the Growatt circuit is almost similar to MUST PH1800 hybrid inverter. Now we have an PH1800 5Kw that has developed a problem this week. This inverter has been in operation since mid year 2020. All three LED Lights are blinking alternately continuously. The Inverter is stuck at the screen showing 48v and 5.0kw. What could have failed inside ? Regards, Jesse.
@@ALayoubiMaintenanceCenter Hi.....I’ve since managed to find the problem on the power circuit board. There are two small electrolytic capacitors that had severely deteriorated in their microfarad values. One was testing 131 microfarads instead of its rated 1000microfarads. The other one was testing 54 microfarads instead of 100 microfarads. All power Mosfets tested ok and no problems. Resistors around the power areas also tested ok. So I proceeded and replaced only the two capacitors, and reassembled the inverter yesterday. I powered it up and it booted up normal. Today as I write, I’m doing a extended run testing to see if everything is ok. Thank you.... Question: Is “joining” your channel the same as the regular RU-vid “subscribing” ? Regards, Jesse
Hello AL ayoubi, I'm from Brazil, I have a Growatt spf 5000ES inverter, it turns on but it doesn't charge the battery through the photovoltaic panels, it only charges through the AC, I've already checked the MPPT and the main board, it seems ok, could you help me with these repair conditions. I am a member of your RU-vid channel, I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL FOR YOUR ATTENTION.
You are welcome dear friend Now you are joining our channel Please check our whatsapp nomber in joining page To contact us So you can send photos or video to tell you how you can fix it💐💐
Is there a place online where we can get the complete circuit diagram of the sp5000es . So we can check components and test. I have two of these in operation , I’m capable of repairing these. I’ve just got a few new fans just in case. Th e fan run up when loads is on but do quieten download at night when there is little load, so I got some just in case they fail and give a 01 error.
Assalamualaikum, I am out in South Africa, and I have a Code 2-over heating error, there is nothing wrong with the temperature. The moisture started messing with the MPPT board. Is there a way to temporarily bypass this code until i get money to get new board or get this one fix. shukran
slm, all checks mentioned are ok, unit not overheating, the CN2 connection picked some moisture damage, is there anyway of bypassing until i get it fixed, i can send you picture if you send me your email address. shukran
hello sir how are you sir my question is how the fault solve the fault vode 57 the 5 kw inverter vm2 model fronous the board what side check the 57 fault is solve plz guide me
ask yourself: if the SPF5000es is connected via AC output and via AC input and the following conditions apply: all consumers are off, the battery is already 100% charged, i.e. fully charged, and there is full sun on the PV modules at 12:00 p.m.: what happens to the EXCESS electricity from the PV system then ? (does it flow back into the public grid via AC output or AC input?) thank you
Would love to know what the switching frequency of the main transformer is, because to me it look WAY TOO SMALL for 5KW, and the only way around that is exotic transformer running at 200kHz+ frequency???????????????????????????????????????????????????
