I’ll definitely keep that in mind for future tutorials and I’m glad you liked it! As far as the pedal it generally follows the left hand chords, so whenever you switch chords you lift off the pedal and push back down right as you switch chords. Hope that helps!

I think you should make a note at the beginning of the video that these are not original sheet music. that they were invented for you and are very simplified. Because so many people think that they know how to play it, but in fact they play it differently than in the notes. Yes, this option is also good and it is much easier for learning. but I still think people should know.
I learn my arrangements all by ear so usually they’re either identical to the original or slightly simplified. It definitely does vary depending on if the song was originally written on piano or not. If not, I’ll have to kinda make my own version. Thanks for the feedback!

I am confused, on both hands section 5 you say you start with nothing at the beginning and when you go to g in the right hand that’s when you start with your left hand but when you played it at the start (amazingly may I add) when it came to that part you started playing left hand first then you came in with your right I’m just stuck on the change over PS I’ve been practicing for like a month this is my first song and you’ve helped me so much your so talented it’s insane x
Hey I just reviewed section 5 and my play through at the beginning and both have the left hand starting before you come in, in the right hand on G. Keep in mind it’s a really fast transition from the earlier part to this change over so it’ll take some practice. Glad to hear you’re practicing and best of luck on the rest of the piece! Thank you for making this tutorial! I am a beginner when it becomes to piano (literally my first song that I am trying to learn), but I can already play the first 2 sections almost perfectly. My question would be: did you use the sustain pedal while you were playing your arrangement? I have a digital piano, so obviously it doesn’t sound exactly like an acoustic, but the first section sounds more fluid on your end than mine. I’m guessing you used a little bit of sustain (not pressed down all the way)? Thank you! Have a great day!😊
You’re welcome!!💗 I’m happy to hear you’re learning to so quick! As far as the sustain pedal, I believe I pressed it lightly and lifted off then pushed back down when I switched chords each time in the left hand. That way it doesn’t all bleed together. Hope that helps. Have a great day too!💗

Hi Brennan you did an outstanding job on this very thorough and the best I've seen on the net, my question is I am new to piano, and I have learned the right hand and left hand flawlessly but when I try to play them together, I crash no matter how much I practice. Any suggestions on how I can better coordinate both hands? If I can just get past this point I believe the rest will be easy.
Hey Tony thank you so much! Yes, this is definitely one of the trickier parts of learning piano so I can understand. My best advice is to get the timing of each hand down separately super well before moving on to putting them together. Then when you do, try it slow first then get faster
