It can help with puffiness! I think if you want it to help with dark circles, you'd have to use it in the same routine as your serums/creams that are meant for dark circles. This device can help your skincare absorb deeper, so it may indirectly help in that way!
Appreciate this review but I'm seeing others it says the solo wave only has about 7 l e d or ones at a clinic have about 1500. Can this really make a difference? Sincere question.....
Great question! This device definitely won't be as powerful as a professional light therapy devices, but I find with consistent use, I do see a noticeable difference
This was so helpful, thank you! I have two questions for you: how are you implementing the Solawave with your Tretinoin routine, are you alternating them or using them on the same night? And I also have a facial piercing, does the Solawave interact with the metal in your skin? I’ve always been concerned about that and hesitate to use the Solawave with a facial piercing.
Hi!! I use it usually in the mornings and I skip the morning after using tretinoin. And for my piercing, I don’t go over that area of my nose and just to be safe, I’ll usually cover it with my finger!
I had the original wand but unfortunately I returned it because in the middle of using it, it would stop turning on. I had to either charge or wait a few minute for it to turn on. I’m pondering on getting the new wand. Have you encountered that with both of those devices?
Oh no, that doesn't sound great. I haven't had that experience personally. But maybe the new wand would be best for you since it has the button. That way, you know it'll stay on while in use!
Mine turned on after it was no longer in use after an hour, cleaned and put in the box. It just cut on by itself and it startled me. It doesn’t shut off when you remove it from your face. It stays on longer than I anticipated. First time I’ve ever used it. It was a gift for Christmas.
Hi I was an esthetic instructor for 15 yes ĺoved ur presentation I love tools that would be perfect for me the one for aging keep going you are good thanks for that 😊
So how would you use your existing products with this device and step? 1. Clean face, apply solowave serum, use this device, and then apply remaining products? Or, 2. Clean face, apply all your products and solowave serum, then use the device? Thanks!!
I have the newest version of this wand. I’m getting different time wise suggestions for use. How many minutes are you using this on each area of your face?
Oh wow I'm sorry that happened! Did you use a serum/slip layer with it when you tested on your hand? My device doesn't seem to get hot enough to burn - maybe you received a defective one?
You might have lingered in one area for a bit longer than you should have? The wand has to be moving all the time. If that's what happened to you, don't be scared, use it again, but keep the wand moving.
If you used the included serum you can have an allergic reaction that looks like a burn. That happened to me under my eyes, it looked really bad. However, it went away the same day. I changed the serum and it never did that again.
You don’t have any wrinkles at 30 hon. You have beautiful skin. I’m 53 years old and I don’t have any wrinkles yet either. People like you and I that stay on top of the latest beauty trends will probably not see noticeable wrinkles until we are well into our 60s or even 70s.
I sprang for the Qure Led mask ( which I love!) is there any reason to buy this also? Do they basically the same thing or is there room in a skincare routine for both? Thanks
Yes it can help but not completely cure! I’d also speak to a specialist to make sure they would recommend it for your skin concerns since I’m not an expert!
I would love to have one of those. I just turned 45 and I have noticed that I have crows feet and some wrinkles on my upper lip. I recently lost my home to a fire and I didn't have insurance so now I am homeless and I been living in my car for a few months now. I can't find a place i can afford but I have notice since I have been living in the car I am in the sun alot and I try to get into shade but it's not always possible. I can't afford the price I can bearly have enough money for food and gas. Does the company help moms in my situation ? Or do you know if they donate there products to women living in shelters ?
