And your neighbors, if you have problem neighbors it's horrible. for example we bought our house but the neighbors don't take care of their house or surroundings, always trash everywhere, It's horrible.
Yung kusina hindi ginastosan open layout sana pero kinulang sa mga modular cabinet , maganda sanang iyon ang pinaka magandang part ng bahay dirty kitchen mga shelves lang hindi cabinet.

I love the outside character of the house I think it’s beautiful. I am just weird about the set up of the kitchen Other than that it all depends how much it’s being sold for. If I will to buy this house I will definitely tear down the wall dividing the dirty kitchen and the main kitchen and build a bigger kitchen with a lot more cabinets. Just my opinion. I am not trying to hurt anyone’s feelings it’s a beautiful home.

12m net price for 200 sq meter house area equates to 60k per sq meter this is way too high! It has to be one heck of luxury house materials applied to justify that. 25 to 30k per square meter is justifiable imo.
Sayang. It looks like an Industrial warehouse with furnitures etc. 1000 sqm but everything is so small. Room, kitchen, toilet. So small. And the wall is very low.

3rd time m watching this video. Heard u mentioned 800sqm but stated 1000sqm. Which is which? D location is good. If its 1000sqm and its 12m now its reasonable. U could build another 2 storey bungalow for ur kid, in future.

Maganda lang dyan is yung lot pero yung house hindi well thought out ang plan. Napakalaki niya pero 2 bedrooms lang. so much wasted space. Malapit ito sa taal so maghanda na kayong matabunan sa lahar. 😅
