This is a stunning location and amazing house. However, I had to laugh at the phrase "for the environmentally concious luxury buyer there are 3 electric car charging stations". Something of an oxymoron with 4 huge air con units on the roof and no solar panels. That's not to imagine the environmental cost of building such a large home.

Unlocking the front door with a phone isnt exactly a good idea.....that alone would make me shit my pants. When buying a home, security is number one....cameras dont save you....they only help you catch the person afterwards....it doesnt stop the act itself.

What's unique about a rooftop deck. Especially one with ugly, eyesore a/c units and a patch of fake grass and fenced in slab of what? concrete? This is a gorgeous home, though that primary bedroom will get toasty at sunset, but the rooftop deck is its worst feature

I like the house but those 2019 "circle" lights would need to go. Wasn't a great year for home lighting. They look so dated and it's only 2021. It's a nice home with good bones but doesn't feel lux for $12.5m.

Really annoying add. if you have 15M+, u don't want to purchase something in this area : all the houses are the same and they have no charm at all : puting expensive stuff together is not elegant.
