Honest and constructive take, umatake OC ko sa intro niyo. 😅 Part of the video clip transitions didn't match the beat of your music - onset was spot on until dumating around the mid part nung intro when you were showing the interiors. Sana consistently in sync lang yung clip slides with the beat until the end. Maybe "House TourS" (with an S). Also mas maganda siguro if you will record Ms. Apple introducing herself and saying "welcome to another AV Properties house tour!" with a little more perkiness and excitement instead of just inserting something she said from one of your episodes. Mejo nanghihina kasi yung huli. Yun lang. Otherwise you guys and Ms. Apple still rocks! More power! 😉💯💙

I'd convert the two adjacent rooms with very small windows at the 3rd floor into a larger movie theater room with massive screen. The whole 3rd floor with unnecessary crampy bedrooms looked more like a boarding house / dormitory to me. I'd just keep the last one near the shared toilet and bath and adjoined them to become another master suite / jr. master suite.

If included lahat ng gamit including musical instruments, billiard table, massage chair, tv and gym equipment, isali mo pa space ng basketball half court and pool. Sobrang sulit!

Agree. Don't like the overall layout of the house. Kinda awkward and the kitchen is small and tight doesn't have the wow factor.

woowww..i love most of the part only its low ceiling on the dining and living area and the kitchen gusto ko it has a lot of windows..but its super nice all in all..i like the paint all over the house..massive house! good job Ms. Apple!

Beautiful as you are Ms. Apple Grace Mendoza... Yap that's for sure... I love the house and is in a great flood-free location. This house is so exciting to buy... I love to buy it for my wife to be and siblings in the states so the more the merrier. I would add a grid type solar panel system to cheapen its electrify consumption. And since I am a photographer, a music enthusiast, I really would love the music room and the terrace...i just hope that the musical instruments and telescope is included. It’s ironic that the floor area is at 600sqm but So much space was provided to the 2nd & 3rd floor balconies which i think is too big n contributed to wasted space. Not enough storage area, as you see so much clutter in the area. Kitchen area is not proportionate to the big floor area of the house. No maid’s room n driver’s quarter? Master’s walk in closet is relatively small. The music room is filled with surround glasses which may not be good for acoustics perspective. Trying to figure out the wisdom in the design of the architect.

You're paying for a big lot, big house, furnitures (vehicles if already included), exclusivity, a place far from pollution and traffic, great views, great sunrise/sunset, malayo sa faultline. Wala kang kwenta kausap, either namimilosopo ka lang, clickbait na naghahanap ng kadebate or tanga lang talaga. I'm done with you.

This house is unnecessarily big, the so-called guest rooms on the top floor are not conveniently located for the guests.The balcony areas outside the master bedroom and the roof deck are too spacious to be effectively utilized. Despite the overall size of the house, there is no staff room provision. May be the owner of this house wants to do own maintenance and cleaning of the house.
