The Birmingham kitchen and bathroom storage upgrade improvements were well engineered and designed. The open air [no ceiling] in the 36” shower brings in optimum natural lighting. Love it!
So expensive, but the upgrades are great. Granite or quartz counter tops in the kitchen and bath would help justify the high cost. One more small closet would help alot. Good job!
You have updated this house with those extra shelves. Those changes are wonderful for extra items.i like it and this is a good idea. I would purchase it in the future. Randy good changes in this tiny home. God bless you.😊
Randy and Amanda, I like the changes and the lot is great. My friends and I plan to visit you soon. I have some ideas of what would work for me. I will bring a sketch with me for you to see what you think. The pantry is wonderful and I like this model so much. See you soon!
@@IncredibleTinyHomes AMANDA..... a recommendation.... Over toilet.... A simple butcher block counter full width of bathroom, right to left above toilet... About 3 and a half inches over toilet so lid can come off easily. Then drop a small farm style sink or simple ceramic bathroom sink into the butcher block counter... It really visually wident the space and creates a shelf the width of bathroom... Very visually pleasing and functional. Would have to think through how to service the tank to replace I nerds and service the seal on the tank... Maybe that section is removeable ...
You can use a combo W/D and get the countertop extended over the combo, all the way to the refrigerator at the end. That's an upgrade I'll be paying for.
Love, love, love this home and location. And the new changes (shelves). Also, wanted to let u know. I got on your website today and it is sooooo much better... kudos....
This floor plan is perfect!!!!! What a beautiful serene lot, it’s gorgeous. I love the pantry and great upper cabinet for dishes, mug glasses etc. just perfect !!! Love y’all God Bless ITH 🙏🏻🇺🇸🤗🥰🏠🐶
Pocket door to bedroom would be amazing, what would this house be if you did not put this on a lot? The bay window really enhances every model you have.
I have a full size fridge and I can't reach the back of it! Stuff gets pushed back there and turns into science experiments. I want a smaller fridge! This is beautiful guys, whoever gets this is lucky!
@@streetsmartintelligent false. Don't group everyone together in that uninformed group. One can be from the country and still pronounce words correctly. One has nothing to do with the other.
@@streetsmartintelligent I'm a female, sweetheart. Heaven forbid someone actually learns how to pronounce a word correctly, that way they'll know for future reference. Especially, if that person is in a meeting with other financially sound investors. One could lose money sounding uneducated and unrefined. But you're correct, to each their own.
This is one of my favorite. I love that you put a pantry in the kitchen great idea guys. The scenery is gorgeous add a deck and you have a beautiful tiny home. I love you guys you are incredible and so is your business.
My heart breaks because of my problems, I cannot move from my northern state. I just love that home;if I was free I would sell everything to go there. Thank you.
It's true never open an umbrella in the house, I did that at a friend's house, that night we had a football game, long story short, I ruptured two discs in my back, been hurting ever since.
I’m just in love with the home and space. I would buy this in a heartbeat!!! Wish I could move today. Will be making a trip down this summer when I can make arrangements to get there!
I love the yellow pine and would request it in my Amish built home. I grew up on the south shore of Lake Erie and I say bread and butter only once when being split by an object and whoever and never opened an umbrella in the house.
@@IncredibleTinyHomes thanks AMANDA.... I've seen that recommendation to be sure to use drip trays in the comments from many people(they should be cheap if you can get them wholesale... Not sure if you can get them small enough for the little water tank.. But if you can, they save potential for costly repairs.. And I don't think it looks easy to just slip one under on the customer end without jostling all the leads to the tank... So whatever drip tray used, would have to go under during production... So hopefully they might be available cheaply at the right size,... Alternatively, there are green plastic plant drip trays... That flare out a bit... Might fit and look ugly.... But as a hone owner I wouldn't care, as I'm going to put a Curtain.... The most important is that the drip tray must be made of a, material that won't rust over the lifespan of the house).... personally.... I have had experience... that a drip tray saved our bacon with our family home... So important to have a drip tray... And your viewers are calling that out for you... Sure hope they have some the right size... Good luck :) wishing you all the best, as usual, love from Leslie and Hamza
I would like a wider home with the galley kitchen. Larger frig. I don't like to shop. Someone will be blessed to make this their home. I love the woods. Are you adding more dirt because of the fun mud puddles?
Especially without a wood stove in the tiny, and no mention of a fan venting to outdoors in bathroom, it's got to get damp in these homes. Maybe that's why they opened the ceiling above the shower??
Such a gorgeous home AND lot❣️ I'd use the faux rock wall insulated skirting, and a step down (2 levels) deck, with a fire pit in the patio at the bottom (3rd) level.
I love this Birmingham! But what would make it perfect for me ( and I'm just talking about me) is to close in the ceiling in the bathroom, move the sink under the window, and make the toilet area a water room since the toilet is so close to the kitchen. This is more so for when guests come over...
I think I would make a few changes, No loft. That means those windows do not need to open. Just a remote ceiling fan in bedroom and living room. That means no stairs and that can be closet in bedroom and have more open ceiling area. Also, tankless electric water heater, can be in the closet. I don't want open wall between bathroom and anything. I don't want to hear or smell others. Good heavens. I would want doors on shelves in bathroom. Otherwise, it is perfect.
That is fantastic!! I bet you're looking so forward to it! I'm in Florida as well & plan to retire elsewhere since Florida is now.....almost unaffordable.
I Love It, Sooo Pretty, Beautifully Done! I Love the windows, Perfect for my eyes, Love the Natural light, and the Woods, Soooo Perfect! I would move there today if I had $140,000, it would take some years to pay it off on my little budget, DRATS! I Appreciate being able to see it though! Love Your Vision, God saw you All through, Helping you bring it to Fruition! Be Very Proud Of Yourselves! God Is Good! God Bless You All, Thank You for Sharing, Nice❣️ 🌲🌲🏡🌲🌲
I would want to extend the kitchen counter and put the fridge at the end. Put an all-in-one W/D under extended counter and put open shelving on the wall above it! Would this be possible, ITH?
Very, very beautiful!! I love the different wood. Very creative. Hoping we are able to get a forest lot in a few more years. Not ready yet. God bless!!
