Thx CLL....once again. I'm thinning my hoard so my kids will inherit only the $ pieces I've collected. I donated 8 boxes of treasures so far to my neighbors, who are struggling, to take to the flea market. I have a silver plated sugar and creamer, just like those, that I held back to see what they're worth first. Guess who's getting another box of treasures. I probably owe the CLL a consulting fee at this point. She's been my go-to resource homeslice through this whole thinning out journey. Another great "Sold" vid. ✌&🖤

When she loves an item she buys, no matter that she knows she won’t get 100s of dollar profit. But I don’t pity her, she earns enough on mostly anything. She is a great businesswoman !

Agreed she’s not going for grand slam items every time, because these are more few and far between. To make sustained income she’ll probably set a minimum profit margin she hopes to collect. My point is just that she’s not selling lower priced items for the benefit of her customers and viewers. I’m sure she’s a nice person in real life but this is solely for the benefit of herself and her business despite any niceties. No shade thrown, it just seems like her fans (myself included) forget this fact

1 💯% mean it when I say this with no exaggeration at all...I literally say, "Yes!" when I open RU-vid and there in the #1 seat of my suggestions is a Crazy Lamp Lady "Sold" video or you at an antique mall. Or just any of your videos now that I think about it 😁 Thank you for all that you do, Jocelyn! You put a smile on so many people's faces! Even my 10 year old son will check out your videos with me from time to time!

Oh boy the tea set really bombed, and I always see the tea pots by themselves, for $9.99. People, are not wanting the old china sets, or tea pots, unless there is something very special about them.

@crazylamplady from binge watching your older videos I have learned several more things about you. You often talk about how tall you are. I finally saw a video where you mentioned your height in feet and inches. My daughter is the same height as you. She finally found a guy taller than her, that she can wear heels with. And when you get excited about an item, you do the “twitchy fingers move!”

@Elizabeth Winkelman I believe when the pot is tall like that, it is considered a coffee pot . I have that exact set stored away in my basement. Was my mother's. As a kid it was my responsibility to polish all the silverplate 3 or 4 times a year .... I suppose I'll have to dispose of it eventually 😕.

Our thrift stores here don't have small figurines out on shelves. They're usually under or behind glass where one's interested have to ask for them. I understand now GW is going to place such items in their online auctions. They've done that already with all of their jewelry that they used to put in large jars of costume jewelry.

I don't see many Royal Dolton figurines on your channel. Do they sell well? I have a considerable collection, over 150pcs, none of my family want them and I was wondering if they have a resale value. I have paid as much as $700.00 per piece, average being in the $300.00 range. I would very much appreciate your opinion.

I've been told the market dropped totally when Royal Doulton moved production to the Orient. Figurines I bought at $125-150 for my Mother are now sitting (not selling) on eBay and at markets at $30-40. It looks like I will be keeping them!!

Thank you for replying. I guess I will be keeping my collection. Been collecting for years, most of my pieces are signed by Michael Doulton and/or the artist that designed the piece. Maybe a family member will take them, I will ask around again.
