When I see the big ravine behind it so close to the home ,the 1st thing I worry about is all the water run off that over time created that ravine and worry about the hill washing out and eroding the hill that the home sits on, water runs to the lowest spot and so can the home-I built homes for 42 years -and I didn't see any rear retaining walls ,or drain lines off a gutter system to control where you want the water to go
Nice, but they should have remodeled the bathroom instead, it looks kind of gross. And the house is too close to the edge, one super rainy season, the chance of landslides goes very high.
