If one was clearly better, then we wouldn't carry them both! They're *different.* Ignoring cosmetic differences (because that's purely subjective) here's how I generally explain Jayco vs. Open Range to folks: IF you really like the idea of the deeper carpetless slide of the Open Range, then get the Open Range. Otherwise, the "extras" in the Eagle series will likely interest you more.
I LOVE the remote controlled outside awning!!!! This is a cool new RV from Jayco!!!! How many people knew that Joshua could sing??? Double WOW!! Another entertainment unit that slices, dices and juliennes?? LOL!!! You have unusual entertainment in Michigan!!!!??? ;)
Regarding the remote: Been around for a bit, but became far more common last year at Jayco. Regarding the singing: Actually sung for a local loud, obnoxious bar band for a while. How good was I? I'm not making my money with music now am I? :)
Glad to get more info on the remote. Thanks for the info on how long this has been around. I am just now getting the memo!! You are in a band or used to be in a band? You are a good singer Joshua!! It's difficult to make good money with music!!!
hay Josh, are you guys getting a hummingbird in soon. none of our local dealers have any yet. And of course I'm waiting for your excellent walk around.
They're coming. We're super close to the factory and a Jayco Gold Circle winning dealer many years over (Jayco's highest level of dealership -- like Ford's Blue Oval). We tend to get things earlier than almost anyone if not first. As soon as they hit the grounds I'll have videos. If you like our videos, then please give us the chance to earn your business. I'm happy to provide this service to folks, but without business there can be no videos. Distance really does not matter and our sales records show that.
Hi Arlene! We do not have one on the grounds nor does this appear to be a spec available in our guides. If you were considering offering our team the opportunity to earn your business, then contact us at 800-256-5196 & we'll get answers for you right from the factory!
Yes, it is. The solid surface counters upgrade will accomplish what you seek by under mounting the sink (which allows the covers to the counter-flush). We've floated back and forth thru the years of Eagle HT's existence getting equal amounts of positive and negative feedback both ways. The RV in this video HAPPENED to not include that feature. We'll often build our eagle HT's two ways -- one more basic, and one pretty loaded because basically we're wrong if we do and wrong if we don't. So we do both. You can check the link in the video to see what we have in stock, or just give our guys a call at 800-256-5196.
It's certainly possible, but you're going to void the chassis/structure warranty from the factory. This is true of literally all brands of RVs. The moment you change something from factory spec you just threw your warranty away.
Sold out currently, so I don't have a figure available offhand. Contact our sales team at 800-256-5196 & we can get you a fair ideal pretty quickly. We had several on hand that were picked off more quickly than expected. Not identical, but similar in concept. Looking forward to hearing from you!
I hear you there Josh. I actually bought a 28 bhbe elite jay flight last summer. I'm in Canada and if I were in your neck of the woods I would defienty buy from haylett. You guys are 1000 km away. I do always like and share your Facebook posts and RU-vid videos. If I'm ever traveling your way we'll definitely drop by.
