Theme of child bedroom is good one but mostly there are 4-5 colors which don't complement each other that well.... The less the more...3 colors combination look best.....

All comments hating the price and think it's a waste of money. Or we should help the poor instead. We should, but to an extent. It looks like people with ambitions are dead in Pakistan. There's a huge debt on Pakistan because pakistanis love money but hate EARNING it. They think It's better to get help or provide help instead of earning it.

To my people saying “this house is over priced” NO IT ISN’T try to find a house like this out of Pakistan I bet you can’t get a house like this, and if you do it’ll probably cost you $4-9 Million which is 11-24 Billion (Arab) PKR.

Every wall is painted and all walls are repainted after sometime time so it needs alot of work In my opinion panels are best opinion as they are a little bit costly but a good option to adopt as compared to paint

Interior designing is done with great expertise. But DHA is not secure by any means, because it is not gated and no checks on entry / exit, which is open from multiple points. People already get robbed every other month in different phases of DHA and it's a norm here. Esp. DHA Phase 6, 7, 8 are highly non-secure. A small gated society with similar amenities is far better off than DHA where you're completely on your own with your own security guards and electric wiring. Hence, "security" is a foolish argument to use in favor of DHA. Better not to learn the hard way. An armed robbery in the presence of your wife, mother, and little kids is a once in a lifetime horrible experience that nobody wants to have in a "Luxury Home" in a so-called posh society. I'm writing this for public awareness, nothing wrong with your video.

How is that a 'lobby'? A lobby is the entrance of a building, the entrance hall or reception area for buildings. This area you're calling 'lobby' is too tiny for that. Maybe if this house was ten times bigger than we could consider. But certainly not here. I think calling it the landing area would be more appropriate. But not even that just simply call it the entrance. Why I'm pointing this out for you is because you're doing a fine job trying to explain things and guide around the house and I can see you getting better at this with time. So yeah, I thought it would help? I don't know. I'm sorry if pointing that out was rude but I keep noticing this same thing in every other house tour in Pakistan and let's say it's not pleasant to see it keep on happening.

Bhai constructed plot Ka Kimat 10 cr se ziada nahi hai, no sweet water, no proper seepage, and the moisture is so high kai apko har saal ghar dobara rang karna parayga and lastly the fish smell during summer yuck!

The house looks really nice could do with some better improvements but 77crore!!!! & a tiny garden that’s daylight robbery my friend & you know it.
