On the flip side, it's disheartening to see how architects, interior designers, and everyone involved in civil contracting and construction seem to have misplaced their creativity when utilizing this space. The uneven and inefficient use of this land leaves much room for improvement. The thoughtless allocation of space makes the entire house seem haphazardly arranged. In reality, with better architecture and design, this property could truly become a grand mansion, but its current layout gives it the appearance of a haphazardly assembled four-story duplex.
Seems like the owner build this house for party only, big mansion has two bedrooms only, the guest room is kind of useless. What useless use of beautiful space.

After spending so much money you get to see the crowd of people 10 ft away from you. All the unwanted smells, malishwalas, peanut wala, nariyal pani wala and at night you also get to see the hookers plying their trade calling customers. You get the experience of living on street from comforts and privacy of your multi million dollar home.

Not much privacy in the villa. People walking on the beach can jump in to your house to have tea and you can't refuse them. Everyday catering to so many tourists will be a headache
Idk, it lacks imagination. The whole house just has a showroom or live-in office vibe rather than being an actual home. I've seen furniture stores that look more comfy. Liked the sky tower by Lodha better.
