@@daggerfern Those thin rubber bands would have burnt out long before the fish would have been placed on the grill. They even sprinkled coal residue on the lit fire to slow down the rate at which the coal was burning out.

En verdad nunca e probado un pescado a las brazas pero si azado en parrilla pero envuelto en papel aluminio,el detalle ke aki miro es ke antes de azar el pescado note ke no están abiertos del interior,ke aún tienen las vísceras y agallas ke eso amargan al pescado y la verdad no me imagino cómo sabrá un pescado asi

用塑膠當火種..這我沒辦法接受.....塑膠燒時會有毒性輝發物(，因為橡皮筋如果燃燒了會產生大量的戴奧辛).....然後又附著在木炭上......火種這東西很好做的，用食用油家紙類或ㄧ團衛生紙就是很好的火種了，只於台灣都是用瓦斯罐噴火槍!!!
