11 crore ko ghar! Sano garden pani chain. Bina garden ko yati mahango ghar kin kinne? Pheri living area pani sano cha. Aru ramro cha. ...... Great presentation of Ms Timilsina . Keep it up. I am also mixing Nepali and English.
Yetro thulo ghar ma puja room chahi chaena rahecha....we Nepalese have faith in God so please euta puja room chahi huna parcha .....presentation is superb cheers sister
Her presentation just beats lal purja nepal and Sarasewa out of the park. Also, the previous male host of this channel (no offence). Her way of speaking is so elegant and concise without the huff & bluff. 10/10.
For a 6 aana house, the living room and kitchen cum dining living room are quite small. There should be atleast 4 huge rooms in each floor for that price. The location may be prime but the price is just too much. It will be no wonder that the property wont be sold for a long time like that other bhaisepati house.
Not to forget no bed room in ground level . These days people might get sick and don’t want to do up and down all the time for kitchen work so 1 bedroom is must in ground floor.
@@NepalRealEstateSolution i have already visited that place.....a place with so much bare land and how come its expensive? The value of land is determined by the availablity of space in that area. Yo anusar tyo bhaisepati area ma jata heryo khali thau matrai hunxa tyo kasari valuable bhayo ?
The presenter has the right to communicate in whichever language they feel most comfortable with. While some viewers may prefer English, others may appreciate the presenter's efforts to use Nepali and connect with their fellow Nepalis in a more authentic way. Ultimately, it's up to the presenter to decide what's best for their content and their audience. We should all respect and appreciate the diversity of languages and cultures that exist in our world today.
While I understand your concerns, it's also important to consider that the cost of the house may be due to various factors such as location, amenities, and quality of construction. Nevertheless, I appreciate your perspective on this matter and it's great to see that you're keeping an eye out for corruption in our society.
@@GovindaPuri it’s all big bubble 🫧 in the real state market, indeed. The house you have showcased wouldn’t sell for many years unless some corrupt politician would buy. People like us who work their ass off would never afford to buy one. I make a million but still takes more than 10 years to meet that amount and imagine people who makes an average or even the highest pay scale in our country, it is just a dream that is like a another star to reach out. I hope the bank would not expand liquidity so these bubbles and inflation don’t go rampant.
