Omitting a lift from the project was primarily driven by budget constraints, as adding an extra floor would incur expenses not only for the lift itself but also for additional columns. Finding buyers willing to invest above 3.5 crores can be challenging, making cost-effective decisions crucial. The use of double doors that open 180 degrees is a thoughtful design strategy, ensuring optimal utilization of space as the doors flush against the wall when opened, minimizing any wasted space.

Elegant construction. Worth the price for the location, quality of construction, interiors and that too on a BDA plot. More apt for people preferring a luxury dream home. Too spacious living area. Though I wish for a lift (preferred for elders), however, adding lift would have compromised on living space in a 30*40 plot area.

Very nice.. but feels more like a luxurious hotel rather than a "home". There should have been a lift and the kitchen is rather very small. The staircase idea is nice though

Omg! Typically, a house has built-in lighting, but this one seems as if the lights were built into the house itself. It looks like it was sponsored by a light bulb factory. It's more of a light show with a side of house!. This is real light house 😜 wonder how much would be the electricity bill🤔 But no doubt the house is really very well planned and interiors are done extremely impressive 👌
