This property received a number of offers and has since sold. It truly was one of the best deals on the island. It is located about 25 mins. NNW from Summerside. Yes, I am surprised a local farmer did not buy it. It is a gorgeous spot.
did you sell this property? re: the "free" house and land w/ocean view. the video was so engaging. at 350K a good price. however, how far from civilization? if you sell the 57 acres farm land at 3K 171000 and the house 159. seems reasonable. not a retirement home. a local framer would be your best buyer. its a year later, have you sold it. mary keaveny
