White/offWhite paint makes the apartment look bigger than it might actually be. The only thing I was not fond of was the stone tiles plastered on the wall. And I liked that the balcony in the bedroom was kept open (so 1980’s style). Owners have a simplistic taste and like to blend old with new. 👌

The cost of construction of these homes is just a fraction of what the price is . Majority of the price is because of the locality being costly..So much land on earth and we still have to pay so much more than the actual cost of construction..
You have a point there, but unfortunately that’s how it works.........I work for a Real Estate company and I can tell you the Location of a house is of paramount importance. An average house will command a much higher price in an expensive location. The same condominium will be two or three times more expensive in a sea facing building or in a very upscale neighborhood.🙂.

Such houses are useless for people , majority of young people are struggling to even to get a average price house in Indian cities.. all governments have utterly failed to provide affordable housing to its citizens..
