#3 - This man is truly generous in his outreach to the less fortunate, especially over the holiday seasons throughout the years that I've known him. It would be awesome to see a Rolex given to someone who gives out as much as Jay from Trenton does without expecting anything in return.
#1 I teach at Dr. Kemp's school and she is an amazing educator and leader. She has truly been a rock for teachers, students, and families through three incredibly difficult years.
#1!! I’ve worked with her as a colleague and I’m so glad that she’s my kids’ school principal now! She cares so much for her kids, her staff, her parents and her school community! No one deserves it more!
#3 As a fellow single father I can understand and respect his hustle. TBH I feel exactly what he is going through. I kick myself in the ass because I completely stopped watching any videos about watches about a couple weeks ago because I just know I can't afford anything right now given my situation. So needless to say I missed the opportunity to make and post a video. With all that said, the fact that even after his small business venture (#3's) failed he still finds it in himself to give to those who are even more less fortunate. That is such a lesson to teach his children and I wholeheartedly believe that being able to have a win will go a long way in further showing his children that good deeds do indeed lead to good things in life and to never give up.
I gotta go with #2 - Artie's appreciation for the sacrifices his father made is moving, and you can tell how much he really loves and appreciates his Dad!
#1 this principal goes above and beyond for her students and staff. She showed up to school the day her mother passed because that’s how dedicated she is to her school.
Is she instilling fear on the children and enforcing government rules? Or is she keeping the school open and providing the children a sense of normalcy while furthering their development? Love or fear?
#1 - she is the best principal in the county. Always going above and beyond to help her students. Keeping the parents up to date on everything. Even going thru the pandemic, she was always there for all her students and help the parents navigate thru all the struggles with remote learning last year and early this year. We are forever grateful for her love and leadership.
#2. Tough call as they are all deserving but the fact Artie wanted to give it to his dad and not for himself means a lot. If this was me I would be asking for myself so I appreciate the compassion 😂
Hello Adrian, Miami native here. Please do not move to Doral, you will not enjoy it. Like you said, everything is crammed together, association will make your life unpleasant and you have to deal with the smell of the Recycling center at least 4 or 5 times a month; not to mention the traffic! Prices do not make sense. For around the same price you could get a place around UM (closer to the west side) and around the Dadeland Mall area. The houses in that area have more land, they are central to most highways but very private, and close to restaurants, Dadeland Mall, parks; all great for a family. I feel like this would be an ideal location for you.
Definitely #5. Both he and his brother served his country at great cost and his brother continues to serve others. This generous giving of life and work deserves to be rewarded.
Number 2! My father passed away 5months ago he was my best friend and I always wished I coulda got him something nice like that before he passed away. Life’s way too short let the man give his father something nice, the opportunity for him may never happen again and you guys would be the reason to bring that man some joy!
#5 is my vote. As far as moving to Miami, I would do an office first, set a $ goal for the year...if you hit it, then consider brink and mortar. There is a lot of upfront costs for a store front, and you have to be unique, set yourself apart from the rest. Take that first year and hit the streets, get the vibe of what people like, what is out there, and what is missing. Go see what others are doing, see how they are doing on a regular weekday. Its all about data gathering. If the dollar goal is met, and you have a plan, then execute the store front and "rip and tear." Just my thoughts.
#2 I think that is a special gift from a son who really wants to show his dad how much he appreciates him. You can tell his parents raised him well! Good luck !
#1-Dr. Kemp is my son’s principal and she is amazing! The level of dedication and passion she shows for the students, her teachers and the community as a whole is second to none!
#5 - My vote is for the selfless act of not only giving the watch to his brother but sacrificing their lives for our freedoms and our indulgence in luxuries. We wouldn’t have any of that if it wasn’t for these heroes.
@@SmithBeatZ1 “play on the fact”? The very fact that you can share your opinion is because that soldier “played on the fact of sacrificing his life in return for your freedom to have one”. Not my opinion, but sheer facts.
@@AvgJoeWatchReviews He could've done that entire video without mentioning his service. Stay humble. It clearly is a gift for someone else. Why try and leverage service? Everyone is obviously grateful.
@@SmithBeatZ1 why would someone leverage financial status? You didn’t mention having an issue with that. Mentioning you’re a veteran doesn’t make you not humble. He didn’t brag about saving babies and children while dodging land mines in Iraq doing the hokey pokey. He’s humble BECAUSE in his eyes, he is not worthy of it BUT his brother is. Again sacrificing his own wants and needs for another. This guys is THE definition of HUMBLE which means- having or showing a modest or low estimate of one's own importance. If he felt so important and almighty he would have said HE deserved it.
#2: I wish they could all win, but my vote is for Artie and his Dad. I wish I could have gotten something like this for my Dad while he was still with us, so I'd love for Artie to be able to win this for his father. Good luck to everyone!
#5 They all deserve one, massive respect and thanks to everyone - 5 because of the brotherly bond and military background while continuing to service others.
#4 He’s the man! A veteran and still helping protect the streets of Philly today. A huge heart and would do anything for anybody, especially his family
My vote is # 2. I believe a son wanting such a special and expensive watch for his dad vs. himself is a selfless and loving act. It says so much about their close relationship and wanting to give back to a father who has given so much to him.
@Adrian, consider this when moving to Miami: people are slow as hell. I'm sure you already know this but Miami time is very real. I was offered a very good position in the center of Miami back in Oct and I went through hell for two weeks trying to find an apartment. I'm not saying Philly is the best but at least I can call a place of business and have my call answered. This might sound like a small inconvenience but it quickly becomes an issue when you're trying to get shit done. I ended up deciding against the Miami position for multiple reasons but that was a huge contributor.
#2 for sure. Article should be the one winning the watch for his father! Also, if your looking for properties in Florida Adrian, I am a realtor focusing more in the Central Florida area but can and will gladly help out.
#4 definitely deserves it! He fought for our country and still continues to protect our city. He has a heart of gold and would give you the shirt off his back.
Fought for your country? Anyone below like 80 years old hasn't fought for America as WW2 was the last war America actually fought for its own country and not just economic interests.
@@SCHTRAM you clearly dont know what he means by that, this man literally went to another country for you american people so you wouldn't get another ''9/11''
@@kingofmoni9096 Eh no. First of all Im not american. Second of all there wasn't even evidence to support their incursions into Afghanistan and the middle east (and they went for the wrong countries). More innocent people were killed or died as a direct cause of American military action than did from 9/11 by faaar!.
#3 no doubt, love how he helps the homeless, the dude clearly has great morals, it's sad his business didn't work out after letting go of his watch to fund it, I figure he could do with this W in life and can pass it down to his children, stay blessed
#3 Sounds the most genuine - He seems like a hardworking man who has probably received a lot of stereotyping in life. Seems like his kids are important to him which is great plus he helps the homeless which he seems humble about!
My vote goes to #2! My Dad just retired this past August after working his tail off for 40+ years to put food on the table and a roof over the heads of four boys including myself. Hats off to Arties Dad for putting in the work. I couldn't think of a better way to remind a father of the hardships they put themselves through and time they put in for us than this!
Number 4!!! Thank you for serving our country and making the ultimate sacrifice. Thank you for continuing to serve and protect every day in the City of Philadelphia
As a Miami long lifer moving down here as it’s boomin would be a good move. Adrian’s not lying when he said all the houses in doral are all smushed together and anywhere else it’s getting super expensive but there’s definitely hidden gems of communities that would be good for a family, spots like miramar or ft lauderdale that’s a little more spaced out but a little always from downtown where all the action of “miami” is at or north Miami Beach as it’s getting a little more expensive but its a ncie hidden spot. There’s a lot of spaces for and office or even a big retail store so finding a spot wouldn’t be that hard.
Another great episode! My vote is for #4 - He's a great guy who is always commenting on my videos, hope he wins!!! Whenever Adrian moves to Miami and you guys start another operation down there of some sort, it will no doubt be a success! Looking forward to how it all pans out!
#2 without a doubt, and I've known his Dad for a long time as a friend, coworker, he worked for me, and I worked for him at just the right time in my life. He was a Godsend for me.
MIAMI is a must. youd guys kill it. i been here since 2013 from chicago, cant see why id leave. so many events you can drift off and kill it with meeting clients or getting some exposure just in general. Art basel, college football playoffs, taking clients on boats after a sell...so many ideas. i cant name them all here because id expose the ideas to ppl not worthy lol
Miami/Doral native here. The only place in Doral that’ll be worth while is the Downtown Doral area. If you can stretch your budget, I’d look at the Pinecrest/Palmetto Bay area.
#4 Thank you for Serving and Protecting this country and continuing to Serve and Protect our city! You are an outstanding young man who gives his all! You most definitely deserve to win #4!
#2 Should win for sure!!!! Artie is an incredibly kind individual that really wants to give back to his father. I find that incredibly honorable and would love to help him pay it forward to his father, because he raise such an incredible person such as Art. Artie lets go biking!
