I don't see many conversion vans like this anymore. I remember seeing them growing up though. The 90's was kind of a golden age of automobiles if you think about it. When gas prices shot up in the 2000's, unique vehicles like this just kind of went away in favor or more fuel efficient ones. It can be good and bad depending on your point of view. Regardless, this one in particular still looks good. I imagine somebody will snatch it up quickly. It would be nice to modernize the inside a bit with a flat screen tv, USB and Bluetooth connectivity. Like you said though, phones and tablets essentially replace all of that now. Music, movies, and games all on one portable device and everybody can do what they want with headphones on.
Man.... my parents had one of these in green color when I was in high school. Also without the Nintendo plugs. It was legit at the time. Nostalgia. . .
That's a juicy ride! We have a green one, a 2001, that has 325,000 miles on it. This would be a further step back in time, but a considerable step back in mileage!
Looking into buying my first car. This is absolutely perfect! I’m looking forward to living in a van so the way the back seats turn into a van would work well. The one I’m looking into, they added a modern tv. And it’s a evergreen color.
Dude! I sold all my NES consoles, I had 3 lol.. one of em was modded to have a hidden killswitch under the unit so it couldn't be turned on with the power button, and my SNES console back around 2002/2003 and used the money to start my right sleeve. So I'm right there with ya on the whole wish I'd just toughed it out thing. There are a bunch of FamiCon (NES/SNES) style consoles on Amazon for around $40-$60 and they play both style cartridges. Get pretty good reviews for the most part, too. I keep telling myself I'm gonna get one buuut then life happens and I keep putting it off
