is this really a house? It looks more like it is storage space. Is it even allowed to be habitated?

Good morning, thanks for your question. This building was once a house, it started to be remodeled but little was done as can be confirmed. It is a dwelling in the documents, an urban item and can therefore be used and considered as a dwelling. any other question please contact me

The word "house" is subject to interpretation, but you'd be buying a village lot with access to utilities and bounded in part by some beautiful stonework.

I understand what you write but it's not just a plot of land inside the village either. it is a house that obviously needs to be remodeled in approximately 80% but there is structure, which is very important in the final value of the remodel. but i really appreciate your comment

@@Joaombdias I'd have to agree that 80% of the present structure would probably have to be rebuilt to make a comfortable home, but the big advantage of this property that I see is having access to electricity and water as well as the private location at the end of a public road that has apparently been recently renovated.

@@Bobrogers99 renovations are always a reason for extensive conversation, they can be done for the basics or reconstructions in full, it depends a lot on what you want, so I understand your opinion. One thing is for sure, buying a plot of land with these conditions and building a new house with this size today you always need a minimum of 50,000€. with this base, each person always decides what is best for each one 👌🍀

How big is the house? Is it certified for occupation? Can new owner complete renovation an decoration.

Good Morning. all infrastructures are on public roads, water, sewage and electricity. you only have to ask the companies for the connection to the house to be able to enjoy everything

lol this is not a house ! it is a lock up yard at best . can you even live there ? ps i like the toilet and dirt floor in the original roofed part lol . not worth 9k and never will be worth 9k .
