This quality farm has been owned and operated by the same family for three generations. Through hard work, determination and good fortune, they have become the model agricultural operation of the Northern Great Plains.
The operations encompass almost 10,000 acres of the most productive soil in Montana. At 5,000 feet above sea level, it is also the highest elevation grain is grown in North America. The low rainfall, high elevation and cool nights on the farm result in some of the highest quality grains in the world. Exceptionally well managed and sized for efficiency and utilizes the most advanced machinery and farming techniques. Fields are sized specifically to accommodate machinery. Not
a single fence exists on the farm.
In 1999, the farm won the Best Managed Farms Contest out of all farms in the United States. Located near the headwaters of the Missouri River near the town of Three Forks and surrounded by the majestic Elkhorn Mountains, it’s only 30 minutes to Bozeman, MT and Yellowstone
International Airport.
