Not bad, a couple of hints.... 1. Tacking the top right pin next is better than the tracking the other bottom pin, this gives you more flexibility to tack the chip straight, a slight retouch of the bottom left to release any stress. 2. This looks like 0.6mm solder, finer solder will give you more even looking pins, 0.2mm or 0.3mm. I've subscribed, keep it up.

This guy is right! Also: -Don't use pointy tips. They are close to useless. Different sized chisels are the best. QFNs might require pointy ones. -Don't solder from above. Always put the tip on the pad first, in front of the leg. Heat the pad and put the solder on it.

Thanks for posting! What %flux of soldering wire do you recommend for this? I've tried using a flux pen in the same way you're using the syringe, then using a .05mm soldering wire that is a low flux %, but I can't seem to make it work. I keep going back to using a higher flux soldering wire without anything else.

I recommend smd491 flux from CHIPQUIK
