Defiant and treating the situation as if it joke..smiling sweetly after receiving the boot or a yell completely resilient to the guards demands,,,,so incredibly exasperating
A few years ago I was there and there was a party of tourists including a guy wearing tan trousers. He kept standing very close to the horse and the guard had told him not to stand there. There was a sudden hissing noise followed by a splashing noise and a loud shout from the tourist. The horse was having a piss and it was splashing over the guy's trousers. I swear both the trooper and the horse had smiles on their faces.

Even if you don't understand some English,....all those hand movements the Soldier was making, everyone knows the meaning. The tourists are always So Distracted !!! Soldiers and Police should Issue 2- 3 loud, firm and polite safety warnings.
I will never understand why people are allowed to touch the horses. All those hands in their faces and rubbing all over them. I’ve never seen horses throwing their heads as much as these horses. Very upsetting.
The tourists want the shouting. They think it's funny . They then get to brag about getting the guard to shout at them. It's a game to them. If they were to be fined for these antics...if it hit them were it hurts.LOSS OF MONEY!! Calls about them to their consulates. Then they are reprimanded by their countrymen

Don't be knocking on the Yanks. Many of them are very respectful at these locations. Most of the time I've seen someone thank the Guard it was an American.
The Tour Guides should be held monetarily responsible for the bad behavior of their tourists. Maybe then they will stop them from screaming, yelling and squeeling like farm animals.
I hate to see the horses crowded like this, it's way out of control and shouldn't be allowed.The shouting giddy tourists show such blatant disrespect. This isn't good to watch I find it upsetting.
He more important duties than dealing with entitled morons who will get trampled. They should have stayed back. Plus having to explain why is ridiculous. He should tell them to get back a couple of times and then let them take their chances when the horses come out of their boxes
In order to avoid any discrepancy, the soldiers [and attending police] should not allow any horse-petting, nor should they allow any tourists within a 2metre radius of the mounted soldiers' station. Why on earth can't they put this into practice?????
@@gregorychurches5468Tourists can see the soldiers and horses from behind the black gates . It's only cheap rubbish ordered from china and sold here. Plus there's tourist shops every where. Around that area. We even have that kind of cheap rubbish here in North Wales 🏴
They don’t expect a ‘Disney attraction’ to bite THEM, everyone else but not them. They expect the guard to do as he is expected and let them pet the attraction

There is nothing affectionate about holding an open palm under the horses mouth. It thinks its being offered a treat so it really is just endless teasing by tourists. You many enjoy being pawed by strangers but I'm not sure I would project your preferences onto an animal.
@@camillagorham1673 what a ridiculous comment. These are working horses and having a hundred grabbing hands on them is not fun for either them or the guard. Some tourists can respect some space. Others act like they are in a petting zoo. The horses behave well overall because they have been trained well and the guards who control them too. It does not mean it is right. @@mmckenzie8085 just as ridiculous as your comment. For the most part the horses seem to enjoy the pats and scratches. Nobody and I mean nobody knows what a horse is thinking or reacting to. They could be reacting for any number of reasons. I love animals and enjoy interacting with them. However, I have sense enough to know that animals react to smells, and vibes they pick up from people. What most bleeding heart people who love to call it animal abuse are not as concerned about the animals themselves but their agenda to have a platform in which they can try to force everyone to think it is abuse. If the KG felt like there was abuse going on they would not subject them to it. Yes there are a few that try to abuse or aggravate just to get a rise out of the Guards, but for the most part people just want to enjoy the horses and their beauty.

Even worse for me I have hearing aids in both ears. Doesn't make a lot of difference with out them. So now I tend to. Turn the sound down. Don't want to miss a guard shouting. 😊

Because of abuse the sentry’s at Bucking Palace were removed from being outside the gates to inside .It’s long overdue that the area around the horses was roped off ( the horses can go in through the small gate so rope can be from the big gate,around the bollards to other side. Failing that instead of the police staying in the court yard all the time ( except at change over) one officer should be placed OUTSIDE watching the guards and pushing back the tourists AT ALL TIMES. Not just when or if they hear the guards shout. Put the police ( there’s always 3/4 in yard) next to horses.
He needs to yell too. Tourists try everyday they can to go against what they are told to do. I don’t care if there is a language barrier, there are enough hand gestures from the authorities for stupid people to understand

Our guards and horses are highly trained, The guards are combat trained and are ready to go into action immediately they are not Disneyland characters and the horses arr NOT part of a petting zoo. Guards should put up a fence around the Horse Guard and a sign on it: ''Those who disrupt the Guard or Horse will be immediately arrested and put on the first plane back to their place of origin at their own expense.'' Then police it. It'll only take once or twice before people get the message.
Russian people are much more disciplined than most of the rest of the world. And they don't act silly and obnoxious! All of this drama is so ridiculous.
Why not take a note of the tour company they are with and begin fining the actual company, security footage could be sent to the company with the information that further problems with their guides and tourists the fines would increase. All fines paid to charity
This beautiful horse didn't like the tourist with the pink top at 17:17. The horse turned away from her. She then pulled on the bridle. Maybe enough of a pull to tweek the bit in his mouth? It was obvious his mouth was hurting - shaking his head, throwing his head up and down and sideways.Tourist stood there trying to touch horse again, yet oblivious to what she had caused. Guard aware that bit was not right, too. The horse managed to get the bit in the right place because he calmed down. Happy to see Trooper arrive to adjust the bit. I would have liked to jump in the video and give a good yank on her hair so she could feel what it was like for the horse. I, too, would like to see all tourists behind the bollards taking pictures of the Kings Life Guards and their mounts not posing for pictures of themselves, and not touching the horses. Thank you to the Life Guards (and their mounts) and Troopers for your service to your King and Country.

Frankly, with this big of a crowd, I would bring the horses and guards in. And put up a sign saying because of the stupidity of tourists not following rules this has come to pass!!

Australia here, I have travelled around Asia, America, Europe and Alway's had Respect and knew the Law's of these Countries, In parts of Asia, Europe, America "Tomb of the Unknown Soldier" if tourists behaved like some of these tourist's they would be locked up. I have Not travelled to London/England. I only recently discovered this wonderful channel on RU-vid, I Never have and never will do any form of social media only RU-vid. Seems Today's Generation have no Respect, No regard for Other's only interested in getting their Photo, selfie for social media. These King's Guard's and Horse's are serving the King and all Commonwealth Countries, the Guard's and Horse's are Beautiful Soul's they are also on Duty Not for the public's Entertainment. I have never Seen or Heard of this = visiting the Queen now King's Guard's and Horse's, but common sense and Respect is lacking with so many of these Narcarcisstic tourists. RESPECT! All it takes is for one person to have to touch the horse or the reins and then everyone has to do the same thing.......They even laugh when they get yelled at by the guards......They think it's a big joke.......
Maybe there should always be a soldier to keep the rude, thoughtless oafs back from the guard and his mount. These wonderful guards sure have to endure a lot from the public.
Paint a half circle a good distance away from the horse and indicate "do not step inside the circle"....then let the guardsmen have a field day yelling "stand outside the yellow circle!!!!"

There'll be a change coming soon,no doubt. Tourists used to be respectful enough to regulate themselves in an appropriate manner so no further rules were necessary. Unfortunately,as you can see this is no longer the case.
There has to be a a half oval on the ground to indicate a space that is not for tourist to enter.Why has not this been done.Sooner or later there will be a tourist fileing a huge lawsuit. Which will not be fair to horse guard.
I have been watching These videos for months now and I've learned a great deal. The most things I have learned makes me very sad. There is no respect at all for our wonderful military.. People just do not understand that we need these well trained men and women. No matter what country we are from, everyone should respect the military, after all they are trained to take care of us all. I have watched daily and each day it saddens me more. The public and military DO NOT MIX at all.
I think he walked away at that moment. I think he is so disgusted with uncaring tourist that he just might feel he's ready to break. To show them that enough is enough. I applaud him and his control. I hope God really gives him the comfort he needs and deserves.
All these tourists went to London to pet a horse? A long trip for many, I would guess, to manhandle a royal animal. Why? Children and adults crowding and pawing at the poor horse.
