Dimitri bein' serious and marching as if on guard duty, Claude bein' carefree and easy goin' as he spins his arrow and Edelgard chest out and arms behind her back as she walks with determination jus' like a leader.

Dimitri is a soldier, but the Kingdom needs a ruler. Claude is a poet, but the Alliance needs a soldier. Edelgard is a ruler, but the Empire needs a poet.

Three houses in a nutshell: Order and chaos are over there smashing heads. While claude is off to the side doing something educating, glazes over to them and shakes his head

I half expected Claude to Dab at some point, but dragon pets are also acceptable. Jokes aside; You did a fantastic job, especially with the cut in illustrations and the pacing of the walk cycles.

This video is the first time Ive heard of the "Soldier, Poet, Ruler" meme. After going and watching about a dozen animations for the meme, I can safely say that this is the most fitting one Ive seen; mostly cause its shocking how well the song applies to the game vs makong OC's that fit with the song

This is so perfect.. this song suits these three so well... the animation is gorgeous and so fluid.... aahHhH Unpopular opinion: Edelgard, Claude, and Dimitri are all amazing. I love all three of them!! **prepares to be attacked**

You know, each part actually fits the three lords perfectly. *WARNING: SPOILERS* Dimitri is the soldier, the typical blue-themed lord and he is the one primarily about using his strength to pursue his revenge against Edelgard for what he thinks was her fault--the deaths of everyone he cared about in Duscur. His strength is often talked about, and it's heavily implied in the Golden Deer route that Edelgard's forces needed THAT many men to kill him. He also is shown to be very reckless in his pursuit of revenge, as it has a 75 percent chance of ending with his untimely demise because nobody but Byleth can get through to him to get him to take a breather and consider the people he leads, not even his own childhood friends. Claude is the poet, who is often up to something and prefers diplomacy to the other two lords (and even Rhea, if you consider her the main focus on the Church route) show of strength. This specific trait pretty much allows him to keep the Leister Alliance from collapsing while he's in control... and also, it, unfortunately, is specifically WHY Edelgard wants him at least out of the way as soon as possible. He's a schemer, and his words could point out that you can't trust him. With their shows of strength and force, the other three leaders of Fodlan can be considered at least HONEST about who they are as people. Claude's my favorite of these three, but I can't help but point out that his silver tongue does have drawbacks. Finally, we have the ruler... Edelgard. She specifically wears a crown after the time skip... a horned crown, but she proves to be a rose with thorns aplenty, hence her secret identity as the Flame Emperor. She ignites the flames of war with the oil she is "smeared with" (the dual Crests she has, and her hatred of the Church of Seiros for creating the Crest system that lead to her suffering), and leads the empire in a fight that will end with the unification of Fodlan for the first time in centuries and brings to an end the undisputed rule of Rhea/Seiros. However, Edelgard's actions and even morally questionable alliances lead to so much chaos and bloodshed the most likely option, also a 75 percent chance, is that she dies as a result of Byleth's actions, even though she is, at the end of the day, correct that change to happen. All three of these lords ultimately tear down the image of Fodlan that Rhea/Seiros had crafted for a millennium, even if none of them are victors at the end of the day because of their flaws.
