it was not at the boarder and police has the power to arrest any offender within the country and process the person for court. the policemen arrested it and were escorting it to their command so why should customs and the military obstruct them which is even an act against the law.

The police r also taking the cocoa to sell or for their personal interests. A cocoa was seize by police in Techiman which is not a boarder town yet the cocoa can't be found. We pursue the issue and techiman head division says they have not received any consignment and we were directed to kumasi head division yet they also confirmed no receipt
