The combination of SOLE’s Surf, Garlic Butter Roast Dublin Bay Prawns Supplied by Kish Fish and FIRE’s Turf, a 1kg Chargrilled 65 Day Salt-Aged Côte de Boeuf from Irish supplier Peter Hannan, makes for a gorgeous grilled dish to get you in the summer mood. This special is served alongside baby potatoes and wilted spinach and samphire.
