ok I was on the fence about even tuning in to see this reboot (the trailer was pretty underwhelming) but now after watching this 7-minute interview, that has swayed me in the direction of wanting to see at least the pilot episode to see if I like it :) I don't know how they'll fill the hole left by the dear departed George Gaynes though, and the dog (Brandon?) and the neighbor lady (Cherie's mom? gramma?)

Definitely a really nice show! I hope to see solei moonfry in super hero films

I was a fan when I was a kid. the episode where Cherry got stuck in the refrigerator was the saddest...the Halloween episode with the giant spider was the scariest...i remember I swore up and down that spider was waiting for me under my bed...and the one with De Barge was one of the coolest my sister was a big fan of theirs so by default so was I. they made pretty good music. my sister lost her mind when they came on. one of them had a huge puffy Mohawk 😄!!! I remember we were star struck watching them perform on there. it was a great show. remeber the way the dad would say Punky? ....."Ponkaay". haha. each week I like a different character...one week Punky..next week I'm crushing on Cherry...next week was Margot haha...Punky Brewster was a great part of my childhood.

I haven't experienced thankful tears of joy in like 12 yrs
