Thanks for video! Can you clarify real requirements for compressed air. As I know, HAAS doesn’t required Refrigerated dryers. But after compressor , air has 100% humidity. It will definitely cause water deposit in the air system. But we may not notice water in air gun. I never notice any signs of water in my TM-2p, but after 4 years of using I found doors locks completely corroded. Probably , it would be honest to make a requirement for air dryers before machines.
Can you direct me towards the brand and type of the reddish-brown pipe sealant you use? I see it used everywhere on my machine and would like to adopt it for the piping of our air system. Thanks!
Hi! I am in Brazil, i'm sorry for my bad English. please talk about protection telescopic. procedures mounting and disassembly and also as the operator must keep it. Have VF4SS.
Sadly this video is missing all the trouble shooting of components supplied with compressed air. When our TM1P (2010) is on significant amounts of air leaks out of the spindle housing both with tool in and tool out you can feel it blowing. This video really needs trouble shooting that is not due to faulty pneumatic components.
The TM-2P i run seems to randomly give me "Alarm 830" even though it runs perfectly for half the day. Any input into why it might be doing this and what steps I should take to fix it.
