Thanks for the animation. Can you explain how the upward force on diaphragm will be higher than the downward force when the pilot valve opens? It seems that the pressure will become equalized on both side of diaphragm but the spring still holds the diaphragm downward so it should never open?!
I think it has to do with the fact that the water is moving above the diaphragm and is static below it. Moving water applies lower pressure than static and the diaphragm raises. Same effect causes the diaphragm to close when the valve is shut: moving water below and static above results in downward action of water on the diaphragm.
Thank you for your suggestion! That's a great topic idea, and We'd be happy to cover it in a future video. We appreciate your interest in our content and hope that you find the upcoming video informative. If you have any other questions or topics you would like us to cover, please let us know. The purpose of this video is to explain the different types of on/off solenoid valves. The valves that you are considering have different internal structures and, therefore, different applications.
Thank you so much for the kind words! 😊👍 We really appreciate your support! If you know anyone who might enjoy our content, feel free to share our channel with them. The more, the merrier! 📢🎥🚀

Dear Siti, in this video tutorial, after we introduce each kind of solenoid valve, we indicate their features and in order to know what kind of valve to use, you should evaluate the application producer with the features introduced in this video
