To clarify, Only the solid axle swap was done in a (sleepless) long weekend, after months of prep work so that everything was as ready as it possibly could be. Drove it to work on the Friday as ifs, and drove back to work on the Tuesday as solid axle. ALOT of prep work involved. Have since done the same thing when I coiled the rear in a weekend (done not long after the 4wd action shoot)

Dino's Shed I know nothing about the laws in AU but surely if you modify something you have to prove it's "build quality" at a tech inspection? How often are tech inspections in AU or do they not exist?

100% road legal in the state of QLD Australia. Built by my self then inspected by a qualified engineer who certified that it had been built correctly and is safe for road use
