This looks completely different to my experience. When I move the camera in large models, all edges disappears and Solid Edge is calculating something for a sec. I have never seen such behavior in any other CAD system. It is quite annoying when mouse scroll wheel is used.

Hi@@SiemensSoftware , thanks for the reply! I did that and they said that is typical SE behavior. I made a video (see below) a few years ago that shows a 1-second delay before the camera or model transitions. After the delay, the movement is very smooth.
