This is such a simple yet genius product. It’s just taken all of the original plates and essentially made them half-price due to the fact that you can double the usage of each of them. Probably one of the most essential tools for anyone with a Glimmer machine. 🤝

Thank you for this comprehensive explanation I notice that you don’t heat your foil and paper before pushing them through your die cutting machine . Does it help?
Finally got to play with my solid foiling plate and love it! Question tho: why does the foiling look white on the finish? Doesn’t happen every time. Maybe not hot enough? Too much pressure ? Please help with this. Thanks!

can this be used with the Couture Creations hot foil machine? I have Couture Creations and use with my Big Shot/Plus machines.I have a "metal shim", but can't seem to get an even application when I try to use the left-over (reverse impressions).
This is fantastic. But I still have the problem getting the reverse image..when I peal, most of the foil peals instead of staying where it is supposed to. I’ll try a different paper.
I can't remember when I have been so excited about a new product! I grabbed mine early this morning along with those small butterflies I haven't been able to catch in stock and that wonderful diamond cover plate. Wonderful release!!!!!
I ordered this the minute I saw it - have been asking for it for a long time as I hate to throw away all that foil. It is WONDERFUL. I'm sure the foil rolls will begin to sell out now - LOL.
There are two types of foiling - this is designed to work with a hot foil system, which relies on heat and pressure, and the foil that is designed to work with these machines. :) The other version you mentioned is a different kind of foil that uses toner paper, toner reactive foil, and a laminator.

Love this new product. It will "re-purpose" used foil. You can make two cards with different looks! Great way to stretch your card supplies! Thanks Heather for all the beautiful examples. So inspiring!
I can’t wait to receive my solid plate. I save all my excess foil and use it tack on to double sided tape or images with double sided adhesive by hand - this will be such an awesome product! Ordered the INNA alphabet too - any chance of getting a stencil for the Heather and other alpha sets?

I’m so glad you created this solid plate for hot foiling. I wasn’t going to get into foiling but yesterday I found a Gemini foil press on sale and I stopped resisting, knowing that today you would be doing that release. It’s going to be play time soon with all the sparkly goodies.
