The first rectangular geometric extrusion wasn't attached to the main object . And by the way try to use the right mouse button click and drag to top for Define dimension tool.

Looks great, except you have 2 solid bodies instead of 1 solid body. You need to merge results in the extrusion.

You have two bodies on base, and the hole it will be a thread M16 ?
