Hi sir, can I know how u manipulate the blade angle in drawing? why u put 10.016mm and 7.68mm? how the value affect to the final fan design?

I am not getting those normal to, isometric, trimetric and dimetric options on top right, I'm using solidworks 2016

at 14:15 the circular pattern is not working for me. Checked 3 times and redo the project and still not working. Also there is no any error sign too.. what should i do ?
