she have been singing for the past 10 years, so a song from 3 years ago isn't really old. she did have short hair (about 8cm less than hani right now) and also curly hair and her face looked much younger 10/9 years ago
I've heard that No.1 singer in korea was Hyorin. And I definitely agreed. But damn, after I heard SOLJI's voice, I guess she's better. She know how to control her VOICE and she's great also in her PRONOUNCIATION. I keep on replaying this video and she always gives me goosebumps, realizing that I am now fangirling her. I guess Kpop fans should be aware of how better singer SOLJI is. I swear. I love SISTAR so much (a star1, actually) but when it comes to VOICE, SOLJI nailed it. It turns like she's now my no.1 singer on my list.
nanotz gonzags In terms of vocal techniques, Hyorin's definitely better than Solji but she's not No 1 as well.. In terms of best voice, i think the worthy title holder should be So Hyang.. In terms of Kpop Idols, Ailee's better than Hyorin technically but if you don''t consider ailee as an Idol, then yeah, Hyorin's probably the best technical vocalist for idols (female).. But as for Solji, she's definitely talented and she's better than most idols..

In terms of vocal technique, you CAN actually compare them and my earlier comment was about how they would compare to each other in terms of vocal technique, that's all.. Obviously they're all good singers..
nanotz gonzags I think you meant to say no.1 korean idol singer. There are a ton of singers in korea that are way above Hyorin in technique and tone. But Hyorin is still a great singer.
just hitting high pitch ain't what I call a best singer. solji's strong vocal plus the ability to hit notes even if she would have to strain is what I call talent. She is the best to me.
I wonder what happen back then that makes them unnoticed. They have such precious vocal abilities, and yet it is exid that could make solji shine. Is this fate? I'm back here after listening to Shannon Williams sing listen Damn I miss solji! Have been a fan of her since I saw her sing west sky and 'live' (legit can't rnb the name) and I HAVE TO SAY THIS: Out of a lot of artists that I've seen I think Solji has really good control over her voice. In this video too, compared to the other member her voice is much smoother and doesn't sound forced. Not saying that others are not good, but out of all those, it has always been Solji's voice that gave me goose bumps. Every time she hits a high note, it's solid, it's well supported and it sounds 'full' to me. And also listening to her sing in EXID, dayuuuuum she gives me chill every time. And now she's finally back! I can't wait for exid comeback oh my goshh
