This is the easiest time I've had soloing on any build. Super tanky and truly fun. I need a bit more firepower, but this build is really solid. Thanks.

It's the best defensive build. I have some more armor and health nodes in my class tree and one more defensive mod in my armor. My base armor damage reduction is 71%, resistance damage reduction is 50%. After throwing those grenades, it's up to 77% for armor and 95% for resistance and if I shoot the gun it's up to 85% and above 100% due to the fortress mod. It's pretty hard to die :). For EOTS battle, you can also use melee to freeze out those annoying quick creatures if your grenade skill is still cooling. It's very good offensive build also due to massive anomaly power. Those grenades with extra 40% anomaly power (last class node) pair with moaning winds from weapon can clear out large amount of enemy pretty quick. For EOTS battle, due to massive resistance and armor, I just ignores the white balls, and those quick annoying creatures won't do much, all I have to do is throwing grenade, shoot some and reload, use the melee and throwing grenades again. Blighted turret also helps since the cooling is quick and you can throw as much as you want to beef up the armor and resistance.
It really is the best defensive build! First time I put it together I was pleasantly surprised! For sure mix it up and see what works best for you! I've helped many run the 👁 and after ppl usually want to know what I'm running!! Lol
It worked! Thanks so much! I did have to make a slight change though I put a defensive mod instead of untamed power, used Not Impressed cos of those pesky captains at the end of EoTS.

@@maximusreed9270 then you've come to the right place! The only hard part of eye is when his buddies come out to help him every 1/3 of his life. That's why I said just keep throwing the mines at the ground, they follow you and go boom! 👍👍

anamoly echo rejuvenation the skill for being out of cover and one for just armor and anamoly power all can work vs the aoe dmg one your did for your feet i’d possibly even say lose the dmg to poison and run two of those for group play soley since you can then just be the tank run in grab agro group enemies then just spam nades this setup has a few small variations that can be done depending on solo boss killing or just becoming the juggernaught especially w the fortress mod from or on a gun i swear this set gets not as overlooked as plague sower but it seems people just stick to the meta of max firepower/support w the other two sets vs this one which can be absolutely nutty at this point im glad i picked techno for my first class when i got the game recently and seeing just how ridiculous its versatility on damage and surviving is its amazing how many dif variations you can build w the legendary pieces (the fact borealis can be used on pyro for a decent dps and debuff FP build is hilarious and makes me wonder if theres any other class sets that could synergize w techno like that)
Thnx! Definitely give it a shot! Captain hunter comes on the cannonball gloves, a devastator set. If you have a dev try running that to get some. Even if it's a lower level just to get the talent! Hope this helps! 👍

Yaa just throwing mines all day isn't always the most fun, especially after 20 runs. But the ease of running anything with this is nice, feel like a dev with mines lol
I would totally try something like this if there were saved builds available. I'd be so afraid to scrap all purples and lose my min-maxed meta build... looks impressive as heck though!

@@LDBGAMING IM a deleter! I delete everything, and just farm Haraus when I need specific gear! Cant imagine the great weapons I have auto deleted not even looking at them...
@@andrewmarceau422 see that's the thing, it's filled with legendary pieces!! I have 4 characters so always swapping weapons between or getting better ones!
So, does this mean, your Anomaly Power goes up once until every grenade is thrown, or does it go up for 50% with each grenade? that would mean, for a brief moment, you get a 300% anomaly boost from that node alone.. ?
Which node? I believe it's just for the first nade then you get the boost, but then you still have other mines to drop with that added ap. Sorry for the late response!
That's what I started with!! I just personally thought the cryo was a bit more convenient. That pain launcher is awesome when you get up really close to a crawler or brood mother and set it at their feet! 😆 👍👍
Just throw the mines at the floor! I've been carrying ppl through eye of the storm a lot this week! I'm more of a dps player but once u get used to it, makes everything so easy! Give it another shot!

How is this build for other expeditions. I have a min maxed Borealis tactical ar one that I use, but I can't beat eye of the storm on it. If I swap to this... are the other expeditions still quick?
Same here! My borealis hits pretty hard, and may be a bit quicker but this is a guarantee you will get through it in relative time. You can do anything with this. A lot of the survivability comes from that one node on the class tree paired with the extra armor node. Also the talent on the lower armor is awesome and keeps your resistance high, I think this was 65 resistance and 60 something physical damage reduction. I feel like dev with mines lol
The only weakness is Bullets, which is easily overcome with even the tiniest bit of strategy. I run something very similar and it’s pretty much god mode blowing your fellow outriders out of the water 9/10 times unless the’ energy got a Super Meta build. And even then it’s a competition.
@@joelh7665 that's why I like the slower rpm shot guns. Don't waste ammo as much, and really only shoot to get talents rolling or to reload lol. This will definitely keep up with some other meta builds! 👍
Soo I looked it up and I found this on reddit: It appears the PDR (physical damage reduction) cap is 85% reduction at 110k armor. PDR cap is the same for all classes at 85% but armor is calculated differently for each class. Each class will have it's own armor cap. I was at 63% PDR
@@arzanpatel also was using circle of power to add resistance along side the PDR, maybe that's why it looks too high. Check out the lower armor and I break it down 👍

Nothing wrong with the game. The game has mods, skill, class nodes for a reason. Players can use different tools for different battles. This seem to be the best build for EOS.
