Still some improvements like wilder flight, dex mods instead of firepower, cancel transcendence animation with super, there was no voltshot proc. But it seems like this can be made rather consistent with better rotation.
You still need to loadout swap, to wilderflight and necrotic, so popping prism and then loadout is better, proccing voltshot isnt very consistent with thrall spawns and boss starting damage in time. I am doing wilderflight runs now and its not bad, its still SUPER CLOSE, like 1s away from end of damage kind of close
Is the Apotheosis on the class item necessary? I'm guessing the only reason you loadout swapped was because you don't have necrotic star eater? Also, is the necrotic on the class item even worthwhile over the gauntlets themselves? If you're going to loadout swap, note that the actual Necrotic gauntlets ramp up the damage over time, whereas Spirit of the Necrotic doesn't. so arguably, swapping to the gauntlets is just better than swapping to the class item. Also, agree with others that wilderflight will refine this a bit. Otherwise, GG!
Loadout swap is 100% needed, apoth gives the second emp rift which allows hellion to stun the boss for a second time. Good call about switching to necrotics themself, might try that out!
@MrTea830 Ah, I see. Completely missed the second class ability as it pays off a good 15 seconds later. That makes sense, nice. Does Radiant stack with the Emp rift? If not, Phoenix dive might have the same effect, activating faster, while also potentially saving your life.
@@PpTheGreatest I just ran to Carl to test this as i wasn’t sure, and yes they do stack together + with a good rotation the ogre shouldn’t melt you before he stuns
This boss has mega flinch so you can’t use still hunt on this boss, as you wouldn’t be able to hit the crit, but also I currently don’t have access to my internet so I literally cannot test anything, sorry!
This boss melts health bars like no one else in the game, so I’ll take ALL the inaccurate aim I can get. He stuns from hellion stacks causing ignitions.
There would be not a real reason to run this on hunter, mainly as you lose necrotics which help the damage, you lose the emp rift, and you lose hellion which stuns the boss periodically
Proc Envious Assassin twice - Get your first kills to 14 or 16 with mini frags, then pull out your heavy, put it away, and get more kills. Its important to note that if you pull it out too early, you get stuck with less shots. Example - If you pull out edge at 11 shots and not 14 or 16, then you will only be able to overflow the mag to 18 (with spike) or 19 (with mini frags)
