The other cloak was just to have a dummy mod to hold the charge with light without getting rid of it due to high energy fire. The fragments I use are the 2 radiant ones (melee and duration) the one that gives more scorch stacks, and the one that gives more super tracking those are the ones that matter. The aspects are Knock em down and the one that isn't the projectile thing, idk what it's called

you can stack radiant and high energy fire for a 50% buff this season, lucent blade is only 35% and runs out before the end of the phase

@@Gunnarhawk Does lucent not stack with radiant?

@@t0kt0e48 nope, only 20% buffs stack with radiant such as High Energy Fire and Warlock Empowering Rift

​@@Gunnarhawk Guess I should have done actual damage testing, we thought we were stacking them the entirety of day one dungeon lmao.

that is done because currently radiant is able to stack with buffs that are less than radiant itself (25%). using high energy fire (20%) and radiant comes out to a 50% buff where a lucent blade setup would only be 35% and the reduced charge time of the sword energy.
