Solo 4x4 Camper & Oztent Camping 

Fantastic! I just ordered a tent, before I even saw this video. I'm pretty much now kitted out, except for the dog. Lost Duke two months ago. He looked and acted a lot like Buster and was 13. Plans are in the works to get another English Golden next summer and glamp around the Pacific Northwest, British Columbia and Alaska. Mixture of happiness, hope and remembering my friend as I watch this. Thank you.

Happy New Year to you and your family! I must say, you’ve got the best handle on any type of camping that I’ve watched on You Tube. It can be easy or hard, glamping or rough and no matter what, you have it all covered. Nothing like wasting people’s time having to watch an hour with setting up a tent and tarp when you just have it all there for whatever suits you and Buster. Loved it. Also, hands down, you cook the best food too! I give you a 10++++ for this video.

Thanks for the great tip in your method of setting up the Oztrail - I will now position my Jimny first then spread the ground net in place right behind the rear door of the Jimny and then set up the tent on top of that for the awning to touch the top of the Jimny. Thus my small fridge which stays in the Jimny is directly accessible with the drear door open and my cooking is done under the awning using a Cobb system placed on a fold-up kitchen table. That string of red LED (sold here as Christmas decorations) is also something where I will "steal" the idea from you though your ultra-lightweight camping chair is perhaps a little too hard-core for me, at least not while I can fit a padded fold-up chair on the roof-rack. French toast is an underestimated meal when camping especially since bread taken along is often not the freshest and it is quick to make using very little fuel and the ingredients take up very little space though the resulting meal is really good.

That oztent is the business. Dam that breakfast looked good 👍

Land rover defender by far the best 4x4. Do you know that the richest man in England started to produce that model again. He was so angry L.R poot that model out of the market. So he decided than i will bring it back. Your video shows a lot but olso the beauty of a car and its possibilitis. Nice video. Theo.

Just curious if you would recommend adding the side and front enclosures in a wet environment. I'm basically in love with Buster and can not wait to add another Blonde Golden to my life. He's beautiful, as have been my last three. Very similar. Calm, sweet and gentle. I like the dogs more than the tent.
