One thing I love about this video versus other bushcraft videos is the upbeat music that’s plays in the background. It’s different than others content. The natural sounds of the forest plus the dope beats just works 🔥
Hey Chris thanks so much. I don't get a lot of comments where people like the music. I've started taking it out over the last year. Might be a little bit on the new video coming sunday morning though!
Just discovered your Channel. I'm from Manitoba and your type of riding Is very similar to what we have out here. Good stuff and keep it up. I can't wait to see more.
rewatching, what a great spot and love your vids. Food looked really good... never cooked a steak like that. Its kind of a drinking game on how many trees you take down... haha kidding
Hey Josh, like another viewer and yourself I follow the maritimer. Glad I found your channel! Really like watching solo atv camping and adventure! Thanks so much for putting the time into your videos! Looking forward to the next one. Cheers BB
That's was an epic spot. Just found your channel I have been watching maritimer for a long while now. Definitely like the ride camp set up and cooking keep it up man
Thanks for watching Jon. I watch maritimer to. ATV and camping is so fun I'd do it more often if I could! Might try a winter one this year if I have time.
@@JoshuaGammon yea there are a ton of trails. Roseau is about 3 hours from huntersville. I've grown up with atvs but I recently just bought my first one.
In this video Joshua I loved the scenery & its abound with natures beauty, by the way the intro music is awesome at the beginning & do you know the names of musso's or even the song name. Thanks 4 sharing it
Hey hipa. Thanks for watching and the comments. I can't remember the name of the song. Because I didn't list it in the video description it was properly from RU-vid free music. Hope your having a great day.
Hey buddy ! great camping video ! I see alot of similarities in the way you go about your trips as I do, we should definitely do one together maybe in the summer? I loved that spot too, beauty river ! food looked great ! How's sleeping in a hammock? maybe next time you can show your sleep set up in the hammock, i've never used one before haha always sleep on the ground. thanks for sharing !
Ya. I'd be in for a summer camp. We'll keep in touch and find a spot we both haven't been before or something. Could be fun! Hammock sleeping is great. There's a little bit of a learning curve but once you got it, it's great! Amazon got some cheap stuff to get started. Thanks for watching!!
Joshua Gammon I would like to see you to head out as well, maritimer put me onto your channel and so far enjoying it. The only problem I see with maritimer is he likes the leafs and rides a Yamaha lol ( hopefully he sees this haha ) the plus side is he’s also from NS lol
Joshua Gammon when I wrote this , I was like I’m probably going to put my foot in my mouth lol go habs . It’s all could him and me like to banter back and forth .
@@JoshuaGammon I've never taken the time to check out the trails of the rail bed. I'll have to have a look. I'm an avid hammock camper myself. I have 2.. a Hennessy and a Dutchware chameleon. Both nice hammocks but they are pricey!
@@sabre_71 there are so many places around to ride. Hard to get to them all. I do a lot of exploring and I'll never finish. Lol. They are some nice hammocks you got. They come up alot on forms and websites. I'm to cheap to get one so I stick to Amazon. 😀. If you never see a red sportsman solo in the bush stop and say hi. Could be me.
This can't be real... In Washington, ALL dirt roads, all forest service roads and all fire roads have giant steel gates and or mega tank traps and there are no parking and no motorized use signs everywhere
@@JoshuaGammon there are two 'off road parks' here, ALL motorized use is strictly prohibited on dirt roads. if caught on public land you're ATV will be confiscated and you will be charged with criminal trespassing and sent straight to jail.
@@JoshuaGammon If you got caught riding your quad on a paved surface here, you're going to jail for sure, actually if you get caught riding just about anywhere, you're going to jail. there are two ATV parks to choose from in this state, we're supposed to be delighted and if they find a candy wrapper or any discarded plastics they'll throw us out.... the whole park was once closed for a year so new "no" signs could be put in....... no camping, no camp fires, no alcoholic beverages, no picnicking, no pets, no littering, no spitting, no smoking, etc. etc. etc. and not just a few signs either, they're all over! Hundreds of them., my favorites are the 10 MPH speed limit signs. Then you know, the parks department says "we just spent 40 thousand dollars on that park"
We have black bear, coyotes and moose. I've been camping and working in the woods for 20 years and never had a problem. But I don't store my food in camp careful how I pack it going out.
Howdy from Texas , thanks for your videos. May I ask you what seat you got on your quad? Is that the one with the integrated fuel can ? Thanks and hope for response.
Joshua Gammon thank you very much ,my 4 year old rides a lot with me . And this looks like a pretty good size in the back .plus you need that seat anyway in public places .
I know. That was back when I was still playing around and figuring my channel out. I don't put music in my videos now. I wish I could just take it out but I can't.
