Solo Camping in Gloomy Forest. Camping in rain.
You can join me and embark on a calming and peaceful journey by watching the adventure camping in the rain in the desolate and gloomy forest on the Akçatekir highland in Adana province of Turkey.
Camping in the rain in the desolate forest may seem scary but nothing as scary as you imagine!! Camping alone in the forest is very enjoyable and relaxing.
I have installed the waterproof tarp and small tent that will provide the comfort of home to enjoy the forest. I put my cotton blanket on the floor for a warm bed. I used my newly bought waterproof inflatable mat. I woke up to a refreshed and rested morning even though I was a little cold in my sleeping bag with a temperature comfort of -4 degrees.
I cooked my camp meal with skewers I made from tree branches. I made wraps from the meat cooked with Adana-style onion salad. I also ate the meat from the branch 😎
It was exciting to listen to the sounds of nature and wild animals while watching the moonlight by the campfire at night.
I wake up early this morning. The view from my tent was magnificent - large moss-grown trees and newly greened grass. After I had my morning coffee, I took a little stroll through the forest to explore the surroundings, but it was short-lived. A lovely guest had arrived at the campsite. I returned to the field and fed the stray dog. Please keep some foods that you can feed our stray friends with you when you go out to nature.
