I don't do well in heat either. I can put down 4 litres of water on a 35° sunny day. But what is helpful is to rinse the shirt and hat in the lake water and put them on to cool off. It will dry off in no time and you will feel more relaxed.

As an Australian, you saying 35 degrees celsius was extremely helpful.

I have had that grill for about years now and never lets me down. Best cooking method I have is letting heat source get into coals. I also have the smaller one and it’s as good as the bigger one. Only flaw is less cooking surface.

I save the lent from my dryer and place in a ziplock baggy. The lent makes easy fires.

Great video and camp Jeremy. That salmon looked fantastic! I have the UCO Flat-Pack Grill, got it about 4 years ago. I've taken it several times truck camping. So far, so good. I used it as my grill for steaks and brats and used charcoal in it. Takes up a lot less room in my Jeep than my Weber Go-Anywhere charcoal grill, Haven't had any issues with warping yet. Nice piece of kit. A little bit tricky taking off the grill and putting it back on when it's hot. Would like to find one of those graters you have for garlic or whatever., nice and compact. Have not seen those before. Like your "Millenium Falcon" table ! I also have the commercial brand Pocket Bellows, in 2 sizes. I don't go camping without them. Sure makes life easier when you need to get a stubborn fire going.👍🏕🔥👍🌲🌲🐺

I want that grill for my tiny house

I just got a similar foldable grill, but it has a bottom grate that keeps whatever fuel source you use off of the bottom. Provides airflow, and gives you a level surface if you want to use a gas burner or alcohol stove. I've featured it in my last three videos if you want to compare it.

Another great vid as usual. I do have the backwoods bungalow which is similar and the pomoly will be my next buy. As for the uco I have the same one but wasn't to impressed with it. So I decided to drill hole's in the sides and now it burns much better.

I just ordered my marlintop 75 ltr Pack I like the 65 that you showed, but if you do not have items that fit in the side pockets do not see the point in it. Better for me more room in a pack than not enough room. Yes, I carry to much crap, but I am more comfortable at camp. So what ever to the gram weenies and those that carry a pack. All my stuff is on the back of my motorcycle any way. Nova Scotia 2022 bound also. If they open the borders by then.

Wow, excellent setup there, including the wicked table design. 👍 The canvas hot tent with net mesh weighs in about 7kg. Now with the foldable grill, all gear (cooking-tools incl. pan and pots, saw, 2kg water, knife, fire iron, chair, table, camera gear, etc.) and food what was the total weight on that trip? Do you usually bring a first aid kit along as well? So everything was crammed into one backpack or did you use a second small one off-camera? Thanks for sharing 💪🍻👍

Sweet tent. I'm looking for something to go motocamping with that has enough clearance to sit under and this seems to fit the bill. Heavy but won't melt if it were to make contact with the muffler.
