How are you cooking your duck friend?

Have you tried marinating diver duck

I've marinated diver duck in a kind of soy sauce base marinade and also a sweeter zest marinade and it helps out a ton but there's still a hint of a fishy flavor. I also soak all my wild game in salt water for a day

I've cooked duck many ways from just breasting them and seasoning them like steaks to roasting them to frying them. My favorite ways to cook them is stuff them with twice baked potatoes and roasting them whole with seasoning on top (skin on) and basting them in lots of butter. Also it works better with pheasant but i make a Chinese style orange chicken. Just cut them into bit sizes, fry them however you like to coat them and make the orange sauce and mix them together. Serve it with rice and man its good

I agree! Pintails just are better lol! I love the banter and camaraderie of a group but a solo hunt is just more satisfying! (And I learn way more)
