At 13.15 as you said bengali women changed their culture of "Sharee" that is not true. When they come at road they wear "Burkha" but when they are inside of their houses they still wear Sharee or Selwar kameez (nowdays specially) even in any kind of functions (regional occasion whether it is muslims EID or hindus DURGA PUJA they wear shareee, female students who study in school/college wear sharee in their institutional function). in Bengali we call it Chirota in Indian side. I guess its hindi / sanskrit name is similar. a lot of us drink it in the morning on empty stomach after soaking it in water overnight. helps remove toxins from body. its extremely bitter. i guess its consumed in africa too. they say it helps manage diabetes. nigerians soak it in vodka for days and then drink it.
