Solo is NOT dead, it's just moving to Spain 

Sweet little autocycle! My biggest concerns about the Aptera are that it is very wide and that much of the manufacturing is off in Italy by another company, and those concerns keep getting fueled by delays in its production and repeated asks for funding. The SOLO reminds me a little more of an Elio than an Aptera, and I wonder about what it's top speed will be and how much it will cost. Best wishes to that team!

I think he needs to practice his pitch a bit more, so I hope he polished it while at Everything Electric because if they can get this actually into profitable production, it could be quite popular.

I have high hopes for this company. It's a niche that needs to be filled. It really needs a two seat version though, even if the second seat is small.

We owned one of the recalled Solos. It had a top speed of 80 MPH and a range or 100 miles. My wife took it on the car pool lanes in Los Angeles and loved it. Now waiting for an Aptera, but maybe one of each would be nice.

Can you investigate what happened to Arcimoto? Are they gone? Restructuring? Or selling to another company? Curious what is going on with them.

A one-seater with little space in the back is not for me, but motorcycles have a market, so I suppose this thing does too if they can sell it for closer to $10k than $20k. I still hope for an Aptera in a year or two, but if they can't raise production capital soon, the narrative becomes hard to believe. Solo's narrative was never easy for me to believe.

That is great news. I wasn't initially interested in a single seater but the concept has grown on me. If the price is reasonable I would be very interested in buying one.
