@@clashyboy6693you trippin if you think jjk and ds aka ufotable and mappa are that much better than a-1 studios, animators at a-1 have shown what they are capable of before on some of the fights in s3 and s4 of alicization, when a-1 gets the same budget as ufo and mappa they do a better job than both.

I'm so glad a webtoon anime finally succeeded in not only faithfully adapting a series but also succeeding in audience results that it instantly confirmed a second season right after the first season ended. I only wish TOG got the same results as I do prefer that manwha over SL, but at least we still have a season 2 coming for that even though it took 4 years. Congrats, Solo Leveling! This was an amazing anime adaptation! Can't wait for season 2.

I thought Tower of God's cut content was problematic. God of High School's cut content was an outright calamity.

There's so much that happens between this first season and the Jeju island arc that I hope they don't rush a lot of things or skip anything to make it fit into this second season because I feel like all the cuts showing progress towards that arc are trying to make it seem like that'll be the big showcase of the second season. Hopefully I'm wrong though and they keep adapting the work as amazingly as they have been so far!

I think its because in the manhwa juju island is in japan but in the anime the story takes place in japan so they had to switch some stuff around

@@zmanadude8407 I haven't read the manhwa, but Jeju Island is in SK, not Japan... unless the anime has changed Jeju Island to be located in Japan, but that would be really confusing. They might as well would have changed the name completely.

@@gavingraves8748it was leaked that solo leveling is gonna be 6 seasons(6x12 episode cours), which means if anything they’re gonna have to add stuff and stretch it out bit and even adapt solo leveling ragnarok to fit it in. Since season 1 ends in chapter 45 out of the 200, but I know that the manhwa cut out a lot of stuff out of the light novel so it’ll probably be closer to like 230 chapters being adapted

This season adapted upto 45 chapters if same then second season will adapt upto 90 chapters which is demon castle arc. So season 3 might start with jeju arc. I think they will change things about Japan because it's controversial.
