I don't mind the bodycam overlay and I think that it makes for a unique perspective after years of playing the game regularly. I would love a mod that adds some realistic radio chatter - SWAT teams might be on their own frequency, but in a real active shooting event a patrol officer's radio would probably be going off constantly even after the threat is neutralized. I remember there was an old sound mod for SWAT 4 that added radio chatter from actual dispatch recordings and I really enjoyed playing with it. It would fit perfectly on this map in particular and would really up the realism and intensity.

I just recently went through a state mandated active shooter course for LEO a couple of weeks ago, and in said training, the potential threat of an IED (Improved Explosive Device) being present in an active shooter scenario was touched up on and even included when we conducted "force on force". Believe it or not, the threat of an IED (to some extent) isn't so far-fetched, especially with the technology and information available to your everyday civilian. A prime example would be the Columbine school shooting, 95 homemade IEDs we present in that incident, plus an additional 13 more inside the shooter's vehicles, and that incident occured in 1999 (granted, not all successfully detonated). But in my opinion, the IEDs add to the realism 👍

Yeah I remember it being present during the Columbine incident. I think what I was trying to say is that the incident itself is blown out of proportion, but it's not an impossible scenario. The new mod i'm showing off soon is an active shooter situation with six suspects with bombs removed and the civilians run to the exit by default. Super immersive.

You can play with "host with friends only" and have no bots or anyone joining

Enough of the badge cam effect already. Fisheye lens view is an unfortunate side effect of the real cams size and function, as a gimmick in video game content editing it's a novelty that's worn off and just makes videos terrible to watch.
