This is a video of our solo offroad experience without a winch in Lavant Ontario. Although it is not illegal to go offroading solo, it is not recommended to do so as there's always a chance that you will get stuck and it can be challenging to get help especially when you're in an unknown and remote location... a buddy-system is highly recommended. I just recently installed a bumper guard with a Smittybilt XRS Gen3 winch to make sure I have a better chance of recovery especially when I am going solo.
